Once evaluations are complete, and teams are formed they are given colors.  The color of each team represents the teams level. 

The following applies to all Boys & Girls Teams

• Red team is our most competitive team and play in the Badger Red Division of the BDL.
• White team is our second strongest team and play in the Badger White Division of the BDL.
• Remaining teams are evenly split teams and play in the Bucky Division of the BDL.

The exception to this system is 3rd & 4th Grade, where teams are evenly split and the color of the team has no value.
